Laos

The Lao People's Democratic Republic is a landlocked country in Southeast Asia. Laos was a French Protectorate, along with the rest of French Indochina from 1893 to 1949.

Banque Nationale du Laos

Laos gained full independence from France in 1954, and the Banque Nationale du Laos assumed central banking functions from the Institut d’Emission des Etats du Cambodge du Laos et du Vietnam.
